NIKKI SPRINGSTON

Nikki Springston is a Principal with UHY Consulting's Resource Solutions Group (RSG), where she partners with organizations across finance, accounting, tax, audit, technology, and business operations to help navigate growth, change, and critical talent needs. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Nikki works closely with clients to understand how teams operate, identify where support is needed, and connect organizations with the right expertise at the right time.

Since joining UHY in 2017, Nikki has partnered with organizations across the country to solve complex talent and business challenges through interim consulting, project-based solutions, and direct-hire recruiting. She works closely with executives, finance leaders, and business owners to support initiatives ranging from organizational growth and transformation to system implementations, acquisitions, workforce transitions, and special projects.

Drawing on a background in education, instructional design, client service, and professional services, Nikki is known for simplifying complex challenges, building meaningful relationships, and bringing people together to create lasting business outcomes.
