Thomas Zupan has more than 11 years of public accounting experience, Tom serves as a Partner in the Client Advisory Department, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services that help clients improve financial visibility, strengthen reporting, and support strategic business decision-making. Tom focuses on financial statement preparation, reporting, and tax compliance, while also leveraging advanced analytics and benchmarking to help clients evaluate performance and plan for future growth. Tom is particularly recognized for his deep knowledge of the construction industry and his ability to provide practical financial guidance tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities construction businesses face. As a leader within the firm, he is responsible for mentoring professionals and developing standardized financial statement and analytical tools that improve consistency, efficiency, and insight across engagements. His extensive experience with industry-specific platforms, including QuickBooks, Sage, and integrated project management software, allows him to help clients strengthen financial processes and gain meaningful operational insights.
