UHY is proud to announce that it has combined with RBT CPAs, LLP, the largest certified public accounting firm in New York’s Hudson Valley. The combination will make UHY one of the most comprehensive regional accounting offerings in New York while also enhancing the firm’s rapidly growing wealth management practice.
RBT, which has served the needs of businesses, individuals, and nonprofit organizations for more than 55 years, brings a team of more than 175 professionals to UHY, including 23 partners. The firm, which is routinely recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York, offers a comprehensive suite of services, including audit, tax, consulting, wealth management, and transaction advisory services.
UHY launched its national wealth management practice less than 1 year ago, UHY Wealth Management RIA LLC. When combined with the wealth management team from RBT, UHY’s wealth management practice will now have approximately $1.5 billion in assets under management.
UHY has integrated more than 15 strategic combinations in recent years, building a dynamic national platform that serves clients ranging from closely held middle-market companies to Fortune 500 corporations. Recent combinations have expanded the firm’s footprint in markets such as South Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio.
