Michael Turturro has more than 30 years of demonstrated expertise in accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory services, helping privately held businesses navigate complex financial, operational, and strategic challenges. Throughout his career, he has partnered with clients across a variety of industries, including general contracting, heavy highway construction, manufacturing, petroleum and natural gas, franchised automotive dealerships, mining, and banking, providing practical guidance that supports profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

In 2018, Michael was named CEO and Managing Partner of RBT CPAs, where he led the firm's strategic growth initiatives, team development, and overall management. During his tenure, he guided the firm's expansion, growing annual revenues from $14 million in 2018 to a projected $43 million in 2026 prior to RBT's merger with UHY. He was also instrumental in developing firm members and future partners by fostering specialized expertise and a proactive advisory approach. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to exceptional client service, Michael has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to business owners and executives. He is actively involved in numerous business and community organizations.
